In the old days, bigger was better.  Today, micro-niche is where the action is.  Micro-interactions are tiny opportunities of engagement that brands can tap into or create to delight the Lords.That’s why NBC Universal just signed a deal to create exclusive, original content for Snapchat in the form of mini TV shows. That’s right – not repurposed, shortened versions of existing shows … mini-shows made purposely to be that way.  Looking forward to it!
